Registration Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all Authors of ICBB 2016.
1. Please use one of the options below for attendee confirmation before Nov. 20th, 2016.
Option 1: Download the registration form (right click to download) fill it and send it back to: icbb@apaset.org.
Option 2: Login the Online Registration System(online registration is now open), fill in the information and submit.
2. Once we receive your registration form or your online registration, we will send you the detailed payment methods, bank account and invitation letter immediately.
3. The copy of the remittance (scan in .pdf or .gif, .jpg, .png) should be sent to the secretariat on or before the conference. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed.
4. All printed conference documentations will be allocated on the conference check-in date.

1. All Authors must register on or before Nov. 10th, 2016 to avail early bird registration.
2. Full Registration Includes: Paper Presentation (oral/poster), Access to all conference sessions, All official documentation including program booklet, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch on the first day of conference, and Refreshments during the scheduled breaks, Allow the submission of one paper (but not have to), and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, publication fee on journals are not included.
3. Listener Registration Includes: Access to all conference sessions, all official documentation including program booklet, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch on the first day of conference, and Refreshments during the scheduled breaks.
4. Full time student registration is applicable for graduate and doctoral students only. (Student ID or certificate is mandatory during the registration process and provided at the conference check-in desk).
Payment Options & Notes
Available payment methods:
• Credit card, PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Cash on-site.
Note:
1.Remittance charges should be paid by registrants.
2.To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made, e.g. "Mike + U.S.A + ICBB registration fee".

Refound/Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy:
Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing via email to the Secretariat (icbb@apaset.org) before Nov. 10, 2016. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
• Cancellation by Nov. 10, 2016: A refund of 80% of the paid amount
• Cancellation after Nov. 10, 2016: No Refund

Invitation letters can be download here, formal invitation with detailed information will only be issued through email once you send back your registration form or registration online.
