Registration Guidelines

Generally there are 3 steps to finalize your registration process.
Step 1. Fill in registration form
Please fill in the registration form online here (Online registration is open). Alternatively, you can download the registration form (right click to download), fill in and email back to the secretariat at 
Step 2. Abstract submission (Optional for listeners)
Please upload your formatted abstract online in Step 1, or submit by email at;
For presenters, the abstract will be processed for peer review and get back with the decisions in about 5-10 working days (no later than 15 days). 
Step 3. Confirmation and payment
Once the online registration is submitted (or registration form sent by email), the secretary will send an confirmation email within 3 working days. 
As soon as your payment is finalized, you will receive a confirmation. Expected processing will be 1-3 days. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis, your registration is valid only after payment of the registration fee is finalized.

1. Early registration is only available for payment finalized on or before Sep. 20, 2020; Regular registration is available for the payment finalized after Sept. 21, 2020. 
2. Registration Packages in details:
 - 'E- Presentation Only' packet includes: One presentation (E-oral or E-poster), Full access to all sessions, All official documentations (in electronic edition) including program booklet, Certificate of Attendance. The fee does NOT include full paper publication.
 - 'E-Presentation with Paper publication' packet includes: One presentation (E-oral or E-poster), Full access to all sessions, All official documentations (in electronic edition) including program booklet, Certificate of Attendance, and 1 full paper publication in conference proceedings with ISSN/ISBN (indexed in Scopus / Web of Science - CPCI).
 - 'Additional paper publication' packet include: 1 additional paper publication in conference proceedings with ISSN/ISBN (indexed in Scopus / Web of Science - CPCI) for registration type B. One registered presenter can have 1 or more paper(s) to be published in conference proceedings if accepted after peer review.
3. Student registration rate: Only for full time student (applicable for graduate and doctoral students only, the scan of student ID or certificate is mandatory during the submission).
4. Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference and without explanation/notification, the attendee's registration will be cancelled and/or the presentation/abstract will not be included in conference program and/or the accepted full paper(s) will not be published in conference proceedings.

Available payment methods (in USD or EUR): 
(1) PayPal / Credit Card online; (2) Bank transfer / Wire transfer 
1. We encourage online payments for conference registration fees. For payments that are made by bank transfer, all bank transfer fees must be covered by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted. For payments by PayPal, 5% handling fees will be charged by PayPal.
2. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly quote the invoice number in the remittance receipt so that our Finance team can identify the payment easily, e.g. "ICBB90134". 
3. Those who prefer to pay by cash on-site shall apply the on-site registration rate. If your country is affected by Foreign Exchange Control, please contact secretariat and pay on-site by cash.

Participant Certification

Participant will get a certificate of attendance, and will be issued after the conference by email.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy:

Cancellations or changes of registration should be sent in writing via email to the Secretariat ( before Oct. 1, 2020. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
 - Cancellation by Oct. 20, 2020: Full received amount will be refund, the bank charges will be deducted;
 - Cancellation after Oct. 20, 2020: No Refund (the accepted presentation will be included in conference program & abstract book, and the accepted full paper(s) will be published in conference proceedings if paid).
